These Community Rules apply to GameName spaces, including our games, Discord servers, Steam discussions, playtests, events, support channels, social channels, and other community spaces we operate or moderate.
Our goal is simple: keep the community fun, useful, welcoming, and safe.
Do not harass, threaten, stalk, bully, abuse, or target other people.
Do not use hate speech, slurs, discriminatory language, or attacks based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, veteran status, or other protected or personal characteristics.
Do not post or promote:
Do not cheat, hack, exploit, grief, sabotage, or intentionally ruin the game for others.
Do not share cheats, exploits, bypasses, stolen builds, unauthorized keys, datamined content, or instructions for abusing our systems.
If you find a bug or exploit, report it through the proper feedback or bug-reporting channel.
Public playtests may be streamed, recorded, discussed, and shared unless we clearly say otherwise.
Closed or private playtests may have special rules, including confidentiality rules. If you agreed to an NDA or Confidential Playtest Agreement, follow it.
Do not leak closed builds, screenshots, videos, unreleased content, private channels, internal notes, or confidential information.
Use the right channels. Keep feedback constructive. Avoid spam, excessive self-promotion, repetitive posts, baiting, trolling, or derailing conversations.
Criticism is welcome. Abuse is not.
Do not impersonate GameName staff, moderators, developers, partners, creators, other players, or platform representatives.
Do not imply that you represent GameName unless we have given you written permission.
Usernames, nicknames, avatars, bios, and profile content must follow these rules. We may ask you to change them or restrict your access if they are offensive, misleading, harmful, or disruptive.
We may remove content, warn users, mute users, kick users, ban users, restrict access, close threads, delete posts, revoke playtest access, or take other action when we believe it is appropriate.
Moderation decisions may be made based on context, severity, history, risk, and community impact.
Trying to evade moderation, bans, mutes, or access restrictions may result in further action.
To ask us to review a moderation decision, contact [email protected]. We may not reverse a moderation decision, but we will consider reasonable appeal requests where appropriate.
If you believe content shared in a GameName community space infringes your copyright or other rights, contact [email protected] with enough information for us to review the issue.
Report bugs, exploits, safety issues, harassment, or moderation concerns through the appropriate channel or by contacting us at [email protected].
Do not be the reason the community becomes less fun, less safe, or less useful for everyone else.
